Welcome to 90Furniture. By accessing our website (https://90furniture.com) and engaging with our bespoke joinery and custom architectural millwork services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bespoke Orders & Technical Approval

All millwork, cabinetry, and joinery packages manufactured by 90Furniture are entirely bespoke and made to measure. Production commences strictly upon formal written approval of final shop drawings (CAD/PDF/3D submittals) and receipt of the agreed deposit. Clients and their appointed designers are responsible for verifying site dimensions and architectural compatibility prior to sign-off.

2. Workshop Pre-Assembly & Inspection

To ensure zero site-tolerance issues, completed cabinetry undergoes rigorous workshop pre-assembly and dry-fit testing prior to finishing and crating. Detailed high-resolution photographic and video inspections will be shared with the client or project representative for milestone approval before packing.

3. Export Crating & Global Logistics

All items are secured in reinforced, fumigated ISPM-15 compliant wooden crates with moisture-barrier and shock-absorbing protective layers suitable for international ocean/air freight. Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, or DDU/DAP) will be explicitly defined in individual commercial invoices.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

Due to the customized nature of architectural joinery, once shop drawings are approved and raw materials are cut, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without incurring material and re-engineering charges incurred up to the date of notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All imagery, portfolio presentations, graphics, and technical content published on this website are the proprietary property of 90Furniture Architectural Joinery and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
